 120 g of crackers
 60 g of trout roe
 3 slices of white toast bread
 100 ml of milk
 1 tbsp lemon juice
 Olive oil
 1 Granny Smith apple

Soak the toast bread in the milk.

In a blender, mix the trout roe with the drained toast bread, lemon juice and a drizzle of olive oil; season with salt and pepper.

Cut the apple into thin slices without peeling it.

Spread the tarama on the crackers; top with apple slices, add pepper and serve chilled.
